glparty's platform and services are strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. glparty does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If glparty becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended and the personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies. Age verification is performed at registration and before the processing of any withdrawal.
The glparty platform may contain references to third-party services (such as GCash and Maya for payment processing) that operate under their own separate privacy policies. glparty is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. When you are redirected to a third-party payment page (for example, the GCash or Maya payment authorization page), you are subject to that provider's privacy policy for the duration of your interaction with their interface.

glparty reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or platform features.
