Each player is permitted to hold only one registered glparty account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited. glparty reserves the right to close all associated duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds held across those accounts where duplicate account usage is confirmed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your glparty account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. glparty will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify glparty's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. glparty may provide two-factor authentication as an additional security measure, which we strongly recommend all players enable.
glparty is required by its regulatory obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide any documentation requested for identity, age, or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and reviewed.

You may request closure of your glparty account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines and verification requirements.

Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet typically reflect within 5–30 minutes during Philippine banking hours. glparty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All balances and transactions on glparty are in Philippine Peso (PHP). You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings under applicable Philippine law. glparty does not withhold taxes on behalf of players unless required to do so by applicable regulation.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. glparty may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable regulation, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address on file.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by glparty are subject to wagering requirements and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the wagering period.
glparty reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who exhibit patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-margin hedging, exploitation of promotional mechanics, or systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine gameplay — may have their bonus eligibility revoked and may have associated winnings voided.

Each game available on the glparty platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering. Errors made by the player due to unfamiliarity with game rules do not entitle the player to a refund of wagered amounts.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, glparty reserves the right to void affected bets and return wagered amounts to players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error are not considered valid and may be withheld pending investigation. glparty is not liable for losses suffered by players due to technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, glparty may withhold any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons not involving player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after completion of required verification checks.

Please provide full details of your complaint, including your username, the relevant dates, game names or transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue. glparty will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the glparty platform.
glparty reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting player rights, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions — glparty will endeavor to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision — may take effect without advance notice.
